Beautiful Stained Glass Windows
I had seen copies of this portrait before but you can't see the texture of it. It is very interesting.
We went into town on Monday and did more art museums. These are off the main Mall area but are still part of the Smithsonian Museums. One is the National Portrait Museum and the other is the American Art Museum. They are in the same building but on different sides. We enjoyed both the portraits and the American art very much. Even the more modern pieces were quite good. They had portraits of all of the Presidents plus many other portraits of various other people.
Today we just did housekeeping type things getting ready to leave here tomorrow. We take off for Philadelphia tomorrow. We will be there for 5 days
