Carlsbad Caverns today

We went on the tour of Carlsbad Caverns today. We took the elevator down to the "Big Room" and then did the self guided tour for 1.5 miles. Donnie walked the whole thing ! He took his walking cane so that he could sit down when he needed but he only used it twice. There were several places with benches to sit on. It brought back good memories of our honeymoon almost 40 years ago (in April). We barely remember those young whipper snappers ! We decided life was much easier 40 years later.

The transmission didn't seem to leak any more fluid today so we just went about our lives. We stopped at Walmart and stocked up on some food. We looked up a church to attend tomorrow morning. Going to a different church every Sunday is very interesting. I think that this will be another fairly big church.

Good day all the way around. It was chilly here today. About 54 degrees but a cold wind blowing and cold at night. High desert for sure. It's supposed to warm way up to 72 tomorrow. Hope that's right. Having trouble loading pictures again tonight. I'll try tomorrow.
