New Orleans for St Patrick's Day

Pat O'Briens

Interior of St Louis Cathedral

Exterior of St Louis & Jackson Square

Streetcar

Double Shotgun Houses. Like duplexes. The halls run down the sides of the house with the room in the interior. Must be very small rooms

We had a fun day today. We took the ferry back over to New Orleans. We took the streetcar down to Toulouse St and walked up to Bourbon Street. We had lunch at Pat O'Briens there. We had Fuzzy Leprechaun drinks, gumbo and of course, bread pudding. We walked back down to Jackson Square. St Louis Cathedral was open today. It wasn't open last year when we were by there, I think because it was Easter week. I was excited to get to go inside. It was beautiful .... as is the outside.
