Fishermen

We are in town doing laundry, getting haircuts, filing the propane tanks, and grocery shopping. The wind is blowing and it is cool. It is supposed to get really cold for the next 3 or 4 days. But we don't care. We have a great spot with views of the water out of 4 windows so we will just stay in and watch tv or movies.

The dog is really enjoying the beach. I was able to take him off leash yesterday because there was nobody on the beach. He ran around and chased birds like a crazy person.

I saw a guy catch a great big fish from the beach yesterday. That was pretty cool.

We decided this morning that there is nothing like eating the food available locally. We are still eating on the huge wonderful grapefruit that we bought in the Rio Grande Valley ($5 for 10 lbs). It is soooo delicious. We are having red drum fish for dinner tonight and then shrimp from the Gulf tomorrow.
