We are settled in San Simeon State Park campground for the next 3 days. I didn't expect to have cellphone or internet but we do have it so that is nice. We have a little bit of a view of the ocean from our campsite and we are about 4 or 5 miles south of Hearst Castle. We have reservations for a tour on Wednesday. We decided to do the accessible tour so that Donnie wouldn't have any trouble with stairs etc.
We also made reservations for a couple of days at New Brighton Beach State Park up by Santa Cruz. The weather is supposed to not be too good by the end of the week but we'll just hope for the best.
