This is the funniest state park. We are just a few blocks from a big mall area with a Walmart, Best Buy, Olive Garden and Red Lobster. I think that we will eat out tomorrow night.
We were able to move to the regular campground yesterday with my niece just across the street from us. The campsites are very large with electric & water. This is a beautiful setting up against the Catalina Mountains. There is actually snow on the tops of the highest peaks.
We watched the opening ceremonies of the Olympics last night (we both have satellite tv) but both of the guys went to sleep in the middle.
We will stay here until Tuesday. I've got reservations for the 3 nights that it will take us to get to Donnie's brother's house so we are all set for the next few weeks.
