We decided to move on to Lake Mead instead of staying at Valley of Fire. I loved the beautiful red rock country there but we thought we'd be better off just coming straight into Lake Mead instead of having to break camp twice. Luck that we did, because we needed some parts for the propane system. Everything is up and running now.
We are tired so we will stay here for at least 2 nights possibly 3. We got a spot with a beautiful view of Lake Mead and only $5 a night with our Golden Access Pass. Can't beat that...except maybe San Padre with ocean front property for $4 a night. :-)
