We got to Sam Houston Jones State Park outside of Lake Charles, Louisiana this afternoon. Louisiana is just as we remember it....fabulous. I love the swamps, trees and spanish moss. Chuck & Pam got a cabin on the water and we have a campsite on the swamp. Magic & I took a walk and saw a heron (I think) and a goose and alligator warnings.

I can't seem to get pictures to load either here or on facebook. Guess I'll have to try tomorrow if I have a better connection.
