We took off this morning about 8:30 and made it to St George by 12:30. We hooked up to the trailer in record time. After 6 months of experience, it was easier to remember what to do. We are in an RV park in Mesquite now checking out all of the systems in the trailer. So far every thing works great. We went and had a great $4.99 prime rib dinner at one of the casinos and now we are settled in for the night. It is a balmy 60 degrees here with a low tonight of 40. The sun about blinded us today... it had been so long since we had seen any. We are still breathing deeply of the lovely clean air.
I think that we may head out to Valley of Fire State Park. It is just a few miles from here. We may stay there a day or two and then move on to Lake Mead Ntl Park.
