Savannah

We are in an unbelievable camping spot outside of Savannah, Georgia. The camping site is about a quarter of an acre (seriously !)... that's just our site. We have electric, water and even cable tv ! And this is a Georgia State Park. We went in and did a tour of Savannah today. We did as much as possible today because it is supposed to pour down rain tonight and all day tomorrow. They are predicted 4 - 6 inches of rain. Can you imagine?

Unfortunately, my pictures simply don't do justice to the flowers that are in bloom everywhere in town. There are tons of azaleas of every color, I think maybe dogwood trees or crepe myrtles (not sure), and lots of other flower shrubs that I don't know the names of. Absolutely beautiful ! They have all of these beautiful litte parks with old beautiful homes built around them. There are huge old live oaks with spanish moss hanging off of them everywhere. Just a beautiful town.

We will be here 3 more nights. Tomorrow will be a stay inside sort of day so I'll catch up paperwork and relax. I don't know what Donnie will do :-).
